Founded by Nikki Burns, Modern Coastal Living reflects a considered approach to eco-luxury indoor and outdoor living. Building our home on the Dorset coast inspired a deeper responsibility: to create something that reflects both our surroundings and our commitment to protecting them.

Working in collaboration with Mediterranean manufacturers, each collection is brought to life by some of the world’s most respected designers and crafted by world leaders in manufacturing. We curate a considered collection of eco-luxury indoor and outdoor furniture, designed for refined residential and hospitality spaces.

Our approach to sustainability is grounded in durability, transparency and responsible sourcing. We prioritise reclaimed Mediterranean materials, FSC-certified woods, recyclable aluminium and long-life finishes, alongside reduced-impact logistics, ensuring each piece is designed to endure, both in form and environmental performance.
