We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from Modern Coastal Living. If your furniture arrives with any damage to the packaging, please follow the steps below so we can resolve the issue quickly.
1. Report Any Damage Promptly
If your delivery box shows signs of damage on arrival, please take clear photos showing the condition of the packaging. Send these images to us within 2 days of receiving your item, along with your order number. This documentation helps us verify the issue with our suppliers and delivery partners, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.

2. Returns Process
Step 1: Request Authorisation
To begin a return, please email or call us with:

Our team will review your request. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number. This must be clearly marked on the packaging before sending the item back.
Step 2: Repack Carefully
Please return the item in its original packaging, ensuring it’s securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Step 3: Arrange Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (including customs fees if applicable), unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault. Returns should be sent via a tracked and insured courier to the address provided upon approval.
3. What Happens Next
Inspection
Once we receive the item, allow up to 10 working days for our team or supplier to carry out a Quality Assurance check.
Refunds & Replacements

our products are designed for long-term durability. Our furniture includes a 3-year warranty covering any defects or issues arising from the manufacturing process.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or natural wear and tear.
